Devonian Business Park

The Devon Business Park project originally consisted of the towns baseball diamonds and leisure park for many years.  The business park was developed for the growth of the business sector and overall expansion of the town. Integrity
Infrastructure was then selected as the prime contractor for the business park project and is honoured to be selected for the overall towns improvement and growth.

Our scope of work includes the removal of existing baseball diamonds, fine grading, storm pond outfall, site services, clearing/grubbing, concrete and paving services. Approximate quantities for the project are as follows:

  • Topsoil Stripping and Removal – 57,000 m3
  • Borrow – 35,000 m3
  • Common Excavation – 15,000 m3
